When dealing with noroviruses, use products which have at least an efficacy of: limited spectrum virucidal activity.
According to the RKI, surface disinfectants with one of the following spectrums of action are to be used for surface disinfection:
- "low level" virucidal efficacy (i.e., without enteroviruses) in accordance with the DVV. carrier test (Modified Vaccinia virus Ankara (MVA)/Vaccinia virus, Adenovirus and MNV are used here as test viruses).
virucidal efficacy according to the RKI test method. This includes products on the RKI list with a sphere of action A and B (virucidal).
